By creating an account or using Budget Runway you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
The service
Budget Runway is a tool for planning a monthly budget and projecting a balance forward. It is provided for personal, informational use.
Not financial advice
Budget Runway does calculations on the figures you enter. It is not financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and its projections are estimates based on assumptions you control. Decisions you make are your own responsibility.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service: no attempting to break or overload it, no accessing other users' data, no automated scraping, and no unlawful use. We may suspend or close accounts that do.
Free and paid plans
The free plan is supported by advertising. Paid plans, where offered, are billed through Stripe on the interval shown at checkout and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Prices may change with notice.
Availability
We work to keep the service available but don't guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change or be removed. We'll give reasonable notice of material changes where we can.
Your content
You keep ownership of the data you enter. You grant us the permission needed to store and process it to run the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can export or delete your data at any time.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Budget Runway is provided “as is”, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made in reliance on the service's output. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Termination
You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or if we stop offering the service.
